Refund Policy
  1. Registration and Homestay Service fees are non-refundable.
  2. If cancellation request is received by Homestay Select Inc. in writing before the beginning of homestay, all money will be refunded less non-refundable fees, bank fees of $50.00, courier fees, and cancellation fee of $200.00.
  3. For cancellation request provided in writing after commencement of homestay, an 8 week period before the requested homestay end date is required and refund will be issued less non-refundable fees, bank fees of $50.00, courier fees, $200.00 cancellation fee, and 6 weeks homestay accommodations fees.

    - If cancellation written request is received by Homestay Select Inc. less than 8 weeks before the requested homestay end date, a refund will be issued less non-refundable fees, bank fees of $50.00, courier fees, cancellation fee of $200.00 and 8 weeks accommodation fees. There will be no refund if the remaining homestay paid amount is less than the total deductions.

    - No refund will be issued if the students are under 18 years of age who are under the custodianship of Homestay Select Inc.(Patrick McDonald), until Homestay Select Inc. will receive a notarized Parental Consent document for a new custodian., and a notarized Custodian document signed by the new custodian, if the student will not be using Homestay Select Inc. services anymore.
  4. All refunds are payable to the information provided on your written request and will be sent to your bank account information that could take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Since charges are subject to change without notice, refund is based on the charges on your invoice.
